These terms govern your use of the AWL Promos website and the submission of inquiries and orders.

Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices depend on quantity, decoration method, and current material costs.

Orders

Orders are accepted upon written confirmation and artwork approval. Production begins after proof approval.

Artwork

You confirm that you have the right to use any logo or artwork submitted for printing. AWL Promos is not responsible for trademark or copyright infringement related to customer-supplied artwork.

Returns

Because promotional products are custom imprinted, returns are limited to items with production defects. Report defects within 7 days of receipt.
